Common questions

A section says "No features intersect this property". Is that right?

Usually yes — it means the government dataset doesn't have a feature on that lot. It's the same "Clear" status you'd get if a planner ran the exact same query on their GIS workstation. If you have reason to think a feature is missing, send us the address and the section and we'll cross-check the upstream source.

My report is stuck on "Finding your property…"

That splash shows while we geocode the address and hit the state cadastre. If it hangs for more than 20 seconds the most likely cause is an upstream outage — visit the Status page to confirm.

Can I get a report in bulk or via API?

Not yet — we're intentionally one-report-at-a-time while we validate the data pipeline. If you need to process many addresses, email us and tell us about your use case; we may be able to help.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove your profile and report history within 30 days.
